Hi, I'm Alison
I am a Spiritual Mentor whose work lives at the intersection of neuroscience and embodied spirituality. I guide accomplished women who are used to holding everything together back into inner coherence, where their strength is no longer defined by how much they carry.
My own path has been shaped through motherhood, walking alongside a daughter with special needs, through my own seasons of grief, and through leadership. Over the years, my training in unconscious patterning and the nervous system has given language to what I lived firsthand: over-giving is rarely about generosity. It is about loyalty. It is about the roles we mastered to keep love intact.
